Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted through the website.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only on selected products.
Product-specific return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages.
For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
The return policy may be changed without prior notice.
If pick-up service is not available at your location, the product must be self-shipped to our office address.
Return or exchange charges, if any, will be applicable on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition for hygiene and safety reasons.
Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact. Products without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return or exchange requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
